Turn your services into Black Friday-ready products
See how I reverse-engineer my own Day 1: Teaser email so you can do yours.
Creating promotional packages from your services is easy.
Unless you’ve never done it before.
But even then, it’s only difficult in your head.
I know the struggle. I couldn’t’ve sent a Black Friday email sequence for my own business a couple years ago.
I wouldn’t have known what to offer. Or who would even want it.
So if that’s how you feel about your Black Friday promo, today’s episode has your name on it.
Previously we kicked off your Black Friday email campaign with a teaser email template. If you haven’t already, check it out here:
Today we unpack the Black Friday teaser I’ll use this year…
…using the same template:
I don’t normally do this [First Name].
But this Black Friday, I’ve got something planned that I think you’ll love.
Nope, it’s not full of gimmicks and inventory clearance blowouts. Instead, I’ve got tools I’ve created to help you systematize your solo business and launch your six-figure journey.
Because this isn’t my usual thing, you’re going to get my biggest offer ever.
Here’s a sneak peek of what’s in store:
👉 An exclusive (and deep) discount on a 1-day experience where we get hands-on and you get results
✅ A PRO pack for solopreneurs who want a fast-track to sell their expertise for top dollar
💡 Bulletproof templates, guides, and frameworks so you can systematize the chaos and grow your solo biz predictability
So mark your calendar for Black Friday and keep an eye on your inbox.
This’ll be your one chance to get what you’ve been waiting for—resources to organize your business and handpick your customers so you can make more money and spend less time doing things you hate.
See you there,
Patrick O.
A closer look at my bullets

Be Vague On Purpose
Because A) I want to build curiosity about what they’ll be able to get, and B) I haven’t decided yet.
The first bullet will be either a one-on-one VIP day or full-day, low-ticket group workshop like Minimum Viable Consult (MVC). I haven’t decided which I’ll offer yet. VIP days are super profitable but labor intensive. The group workshops, especially a low-ticket one, aren’t as profitable. But they’re fun, and I get to welcome new people into my ecosystem.
The second bullet, the PRO pack for solopreneurs is not even a thing yet. It’s just an idea I have for something I might build that I know any solo can use. A website template with web copy, a LinkedIn profile template, email and DM outreach, customer onboarding frameworks I use. Or it may end up being a Start Your Email List sales funnel built to attract and convert high-ticket clients for solos like you.
The third bullet, the templates, guides, and frameworks… I’ve got a million of these so I’ll probably do a bundle some of my best performers:
My Top Client Engagement templates
Pricing Guide for Consultants
Consultant Sales and Marketing Playbook
Client-Ready Frameworks and Framework Builder
Customer Case Study template
Lead Magnet & Amplifier template
Email Offer sequence template
What if You Don’t Have Digital Products, Templates or Workshops?
That’s ok.
Digital products are easy to create. The hard part is creating the ones people will pay for.
We’ll do that in another series because we don’t have time in this one.
So with Black Friday just around the corner, what can you do instead?
1. Turn a Day into Gold with a VIP or Half-Day Intensive
Skip the back-and-forth proposals and offer a one-day or half-day blitz where clients get you all to themselves. It’s like giving them front-row seats to their own success—no distractions, just results. Plus, it sounds exclusive, which people love. **These sell really fast if you package it right.

2. Bundle Up a Starter Pack or other Pre-Packaged Service
Take your best seller and wrap it up into a simple, must-have package. Clients can skip the guesswork, and you get to skip the long proposal process. Make it something they can say “yes” to right away—boom, easy Black Friday sale.

3. Offer a Power Coaching Session or Small Group Training
Forget the hourly. Offer a one-time session where clients get your undivided attention, or run a mini-group training where everyone can learn together. It’s short, sweet, and highly appealing for anyone who needs a boost without a long-term commitment.

4. Turn Your Proposal-based service into a “Done-For-You” Package
Offer a clear, done-for-you service package that solves a specific problem—no proposal needed. Clients know what they’re getting, and you’ve got an easy way to close the deal.

5. Do a “Buy One, Gift One” Package
Clients buy a service for themselves, and they get to gift one to a friend, making them feel generous and you the genius for suggesting it. If they have business friends who’d benefit, it’s a perfect fit—and it’s a great way for you to get introduced to new clients.

6. Bundle up your hours in a way that’s intuitive to your customer.
If you’re really stuck, don’t even try to get creative. You can do 3, 5, 10-hour bundles for example. Then name each bundle something clever that includes the benefit or desired outcome they want. For example:
“Get It Done Bundle” – Perfect for tackling that one big task they’ve been putting off.
“Halfway to Hero Package” – 5 hours of focused work to start seeing real results.
“Total Transformation Pack” – A 10-hour bundle to completely revamp, refresh, or get something epic done.
Keep it simple, keep it focused on what they get out of it, and skip the proposal process entirely.
Easy for them, easy for you—sounds like a Black Friday special.
Now you’ve got plenty of ways to package your expertise for this promo—no templates, products, or last-minute digital downloads required.
Let me know what you come up with, I’d love to help you get this polished and SENT!
