Keep it short
Not time for a novel or short story. Get right to the point, remind them what’s coming and why they shouldn’t miss it.Drop a hint

Things to Watch Out For
Don’t overhype
Make it exciting, but don’t promise the moon unless you’re delivering it. Trust matters if you want to make offers to them some time in the future.
Avoid spam triggers
No spammy subject lines. Avoid spam-triggering words, there’s a bunch. Keep it real, and you shouldn’t land in their junk folder.
Timing matters
Send it at a time your customer is most likely to check their email. For most, that’s early morning or early evening.
